Reset the BIOS by removing CMOS battery. Disconnect all power from the PC, remove the CMOS battery and wait at least 30 seconds before putting it back. It should reset your BIOS to factory default and undo the overclock settings.

or u can clear BIOS by> placing the a jumper on two pins located near ur CMOS battery and switching it on(cpu wont start), now remove the jumper and switch it on again..

NO NO! You should never switch on with the CMOS jumper on! The jumper shorts out the CMOS and is intended for only temporary use when the power is off and the computer is unplugged.

u shud be sure whether no signal is due to ur overclocking or something else is wrong or not.. i mean try removing the ram and swithing it on.. does the beep sound come, if yes then i think ,its the problem with ur RAM

You would need spare parts to isolate which is faulty. Try another CPU, try another PSU, try another motherboard, etc...

If you don't have spare parts, it's probably better to bring it to a computer shop and they'll put it on a test bench and quickly find out which part is faulty.
