In the amd vision engine control center theres an option for overclock... what is that for and what will happen if i use it ??

might as well, just monitor temps, it won't hurt anything, I would read up on other people's results at OCing the card and pick my speeds from there. If it starts crashing or acting funny just go back and set everything to default.
it will make your GPU run faster (and create more heat) and either make things work better or worse (if it gets too hot and tries to throttle to compensate)

ok.. how do i put everythin to defaultn where to check the temp ??
msi afterburner is a decent free program that will monitor temps and similar things, there should be a "reset to default" button in that program somewhere, if not write down what all the settings are before you get to playing around.
