Overclock q6600 question

Hi ive got a new pc
4870x2,
4gb ram,
p5k ws mobo,
and q6600,
just wondering what i can saftley overclock that to.

Depending on the cooling...

If OEM HSF I'd say 3.0 Ghz...
With aftermarket cooler about 3.6-3.8 Ghz
