Question Overclock Ryzen 3 1200 or upgrade to Ryzen 5 2600

I was wondering if i should upgrade my current Ryzen 3 1200 to a Ryzen 5 2600 or buy a B350 Motherboard to swap out my A320 so i can overclock the CPU, if i get the motherboard i will be able to get an SSD or another stick of RAM. Also i can get a different CPU if you have any better recommendations, my budget is 200 Euros.
My build:
MOBO: Asus PRIME A320M-K
CPU: Ryzen 3 1200
GPU: GTX 1050 Ti
RAM: 1x8GB Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 2400MHz

In the spirit of compromise, do all of the above...

add more RAM, DDR4 3200 MHz kit! (16 GB minimum, which is the new 'go to'/'start here' point)

Then upgrade the GPU to a 1660Ti so you can actually play at max/Ultra settings/ details at 1080P...

3 years later, find a cheap R7-3700X or 3800X, and an 'old stock' but new 2080Ti! :)

SSD can come last, just be patient when launching games and power up system! :)

Im going to upgrade little by little, i just saved up 200 euros and i want to upgrade something, i just wanted to know what would be my best option for the time being and what is the most recommended thing at the moment, my budget is very tight and i need to pick one of them.

Would you recommend me getting the same 2400MHz or should i just get a higher speed 8gb stick and flip the old one? (I just found 2x4 HyperX Predator 3200MHz for 80 euros)
Going from 2400MT/s to 3000MT/s will give you 10-20% more performance, going from single-channel to dual-channel can give you another 10-30% depending on how memory-intensive the benchmark is. I would just save until I can afford 2x8GB of DDR4-3000 and get all the benefits of faster memory, dual-channel and 16GB at once instead of going through multiple intermediate iterations.
