Overclock settings and ram settings

I had to flash my bios and lost all my settings so i dont know what voltages or fsb or ram settings to use. if anyone could help me get the right voltages and everything for my ram motherboard and cpu i would greatly appreciate it. i want to get a 2.60ish ghz processor or 2.8 i want it to be synced up with my ram if that makes any sense.

Ps the system is air cooled and i only had to change the voltage minimally for the cpu if i remeber correctly
