(Overclock) to 75Hz good or bad? BenQ RL2455

So i find out how to set it at 75Hz.
But is it bad for the Monitor? Because it's on 60Hz normally.
I also mean for the lifetime.

Most panels can do 75 hz. It will do no harm to your monitor.
