Why after overclock my Athlon X2 7750 at system bus 230 Mhz (over 3100 Mhz frequency) windows xp get freeze off or if it is in bios doesn't run?

Does I need a patch?

It is called a "Crash", which is exactly what Windows does when you attempt overclocking and have no idea how to do it correctly. Go read the stickes, and Google is your friend.
