What are your system specs ? I would sugest putting everything back to default in bios before you break something

I have the 4790k and if i want change voltage i put manual voltage not adaptive on cpu core voltage. I also change Ai overclocking to Manual change sync all core to desired number. It needs to say the desired clock speed on all 4 cores. mine is 46 which is 4.6 44 is 4.4

I would like to have adaptive mode since it makes less voltage when idle.
On manual mode, I got 4,6 GHz on 1.225, so I don't need 1.270

If you want your CPU to clock down than set it up in windows putting balanced performance rather than high

I have the power thing on balanced, but when the voltage is manual it stays the same always no matter what you do.
That's why I want adaptive mode, so when my pc is idle or does nothing it's 0.800V instead of 1.225, which also increases lifespan.
