Seems like you may be able to use the ASRock OC Tuner.

Could also try AMD's Overdrive utility.

I did not know Nvidia made chipsets for AM3+ boards, BTW.

You can try, but success, if at all, or by how much depends on many factors.
Your fx-6300 c hip quality, your cpu cooling capability, and your motherboard cooling.
You should know that the fx-6300 is not supported on that motherboard which likely means that the voltage regulators are not sufficient for the fx-6300 , let alone overclocking.
