Overclockable Socket 775 Micro-ATX Mobo?

My brother is looking to upgrade his current machine, a Falcon Northwest Fragbox. It uses a Micro ATX motherboard. I'm wondering if there is a socket 775 Micro ATX out there that can overclock to around 400MHz (front side bus) stable. I ask because his plan is to get an E6750 and OC it to 3.0-3.2 GHz. I'm accustomed to P35/x38, but all the Micro ATX chipsets are unfamiliar to me, and I don't know what their potential is.

If you have any recommendations for a solid, OC-able, socket 775 Micro ATX mobo, drop the info.
