I just overclocked my processor for the first time and I was wondering if by these screens you could tell if my new speeds are safe or if I need to change them.

Safe depends on what your temps are.

Stable depends on a lot of different things. But the suggested and imho best way to check stability (assuming you don't want to fool with oc'ing any further), is to download a program called Prime95, and run it for 24hrs using the blend test, on each core of a given processor (in your case, just one instance is fine).
