hello, i am curious as to what you guys or girls would do.
currently i have this system-
asrock 990fx extreme 3 (bios 1.20)
amd 975 black edition(ridgeback)
kingston hyperx 1600mhz(8gb)
corsair tx 650W
2 hdd(1-1tb, and a 500gb)
windows 7 64 ultimate
ht omega striker 7.1 soundcard
logitech z-623 2.1 sound system
samsung syncmaster p2450 24"@1920x1080
evga gtx 660 sc, (currently overclocked above 17 core+300 memory)
ok,..so my cpu is at 4.1ghz, and my system is rock solid stable and performs quite well in all areas so far.
my cpu temps are good-
idle- 30-35c
load-40-50c
cpu voltage-1.413
motherboard temps are stable at 38c-45c under load gaming.(hwinfo64)
all games perform very well, was just wondering if anyone would try and
keep going on the cpu overclock more(by multiplier), or if i am risking
damaging my cpu because of mainboards 4+1 power phase section?
thats my question,..should i keep cranking it up?, or call it good at 4.1?
