Overclocked CPU not working

I used a feature from my mobo called easy tune and my computer is not the same....(auto tune)

I boot into windows and then 5 seconds later I get the error whea_uncorrectable_error and the computer restarts .. goes back to windows I can see the desktop for 5 seconds then error again...

tried resetting the cmos and use default settings in bios still same SSSSSHHI happenning....
Also tried reinstall windows but my only USB that I had got corrupted or something so I can't acess it... FML please help me D: also saw something about "bug checker" in event viewer that I could see within the 5 seconds ...

UPDATE: I could enter windows for a longer time like 10 minutes so I did a CPU Test with intel cpu test something like that and it said "passed" so I guess it aint broken then tried to restart the pc and see if it worked .. but nope.. still same issue again

I used it in windows so I guess it's a windows app but been using it before without any problems

done everything possible... right now im in safe mode looking at the event viewer which is showing nothing odd really...
