So 2 months ago i bought myself a I5 4690K with an Hyper 212 Evo for cooling - so might as well overclock it!
I know some about overclocking, but im not daring enough to do it fully myself - so i used the overclock-function on my BIOS/UEFI!
Used the UEFI to auto-overclock to firstly 4.0Ghz turbo
Tested with IntelBurnTest and got max 70C load temps - not bad!
Overclocked it further to 4.2Ghz turbo today!
Tested with IntelBurnTest and got max 76C load temps and stable for now!
I know IntelBurnTest i a bit harsh, but does the job (mostly) in less time than aida64 and prime95!
Are these temps good? Did the bios do a good job at overclocking? (thinking about the voltage, multiplier and such)
Thanks!
I have attached some pictures to show the data for the last overclock!
