So i was testing overclocks on my 1070 and went a little too far on my clock. Now whenever I start my computer with the my 1070 it sometimes freezes. The only time it works is when I switch out my gpu then put it back in. Whenever i try to reset it in afterburner my computer freezes again once afterburner launches. How do i fix it? Can i go into the bios or some sort of manual reset button. Please help me.

I saw a reset button but everytime I launched afterburner my computer froze. Only way I could shut it off was turn off the power supply

I ran into the same problem, pushed the GPU too far and was unable to start afterburner. Go to your Afterburner install folder > Profiles and delete the files with a string of letters. keep the files named MSIAfterburner and Profile 1-4
