Overclocked I7 7700k 4.9ghz Performs really poorly on Cinebench R15 Need Help

Hey guys sorry I'm not very good at overclocking but I have overclocked my Core I7 7700k to 4.9 GHz and when it's running on Cinebench R15 it gets a max package temp of 91C but I only score around 950 while other people get a lot more than 1000 (I'm using the Cooler Master 212 Evo) Also in CPUID HWMonitor it says that all cores are running at 4915 MHz during the whole test

Did you close all unnecessary background processes? Hyper 212 is not enough for a 4.9GHz OC on a 7700K. 91C is too hot for Cinebench. You would probably overheat and throttle if you ran Prime95.

Yes I did close the background apps but even at base clock I don't get a good score

Yea the same thing happened with me on my 8700k you need to increase the voltage its limiting the preformance because of that id reccemend around 2.6 to 3 volts but nothing more or my might fry it

2.6 volts would destroy the CPU. Do not go past 1.4V with the 8700K, even 1.4V will overheat and become dangerous with a Hyper 212.
