Overclocked my cpu now pc wont turn on

Overclocked my 2600x using ryzenmaster and now my pc wont turn on even though the motherboard has power. The power is turned on at the back, my motherboard rgb light is on, ive removed and put back in the cmos battery, ive shorted the mobo with the 2 pins and it still wont turn on. Specs: 2600x, 16gb corsair vengeance rgb ddr4 3200mhz , 1070ti, cx450m psu, 500gb samsung ssd, 2tb hdd, asus b450-f mobo. I have ordered a larger psu as i believe that may have been the problem but any other help would be appreciated.

strip to minimal parts for boot and retry cmos might take a couple of those .

is that the windows app from AMD?
try running in safe mode?

Turns out it was my PSU which had exploded and replacing the PSU with a higher watt and better rated PSU has so far fixed it

Yeah I bought the parts over the last week and amazon allows like a month or something to return it so I just ordered a new one and returned the old one.
