[SOLVED] Overclocked my cpu using ryzen master?

I used an option called game mode and made me restart my pc but didn't turn back on tried turning it using power button but instantly turned off

I'd highly suggest to never use the ryzen master to overclock your cpu.
Try to reset your CMOS by taking it out and letting it be for 1-3minutes before putting it back in.

Sometimes you also need to short a jumper to clear the BIOS, check the motherboard manual.

why is that? I don't know anything about overclocking but in ryzen master i set all cores to 4.25 and set voltage to 1.25
everything was good; lower temperature and better benchmarks
is it bad for my ryzen 9 3900x ? am i reducing cpu lifetime?
