So,
I bought a gtx 1050 to upgrade my pc.After a month i decided to overclock it in msi afterburner.
After overclocking and stress testing i played some fortnite and realm royale, had 0 problems with it.The next day i wanted to play some CS:GO , after 8 minutes of playing CS, instantly, the game froze and started giving me stuttering through out the whole screen, so i thought that i haven't stress tested it enough so i plugged the power cable out of my psu and plugged it back in to complete a full restart. After doing that i turned it on and and the screen didn't turn on, the mouse didn't turn on but the keyboard signal light turned on for half a second and then turned off.The internals all worked (at least all the fans of the internals and the mobo did) and then after turning it on the internals would start working and then stop after a couple of seconds. Also the the power cable that goes in to the psu would make a weird noise that it never has done before.
I suspect that i have put the clock speed of the gpu a bit too high, but i have no idea how to decrease the clock speed with it not working.
I don't have another gpu to test it so i cannot confirm that ONLY the gpu is fried maybe other components are fried.
I really need an answer because i want to at least know if its fried or not , i don't want to be shrouded with questions if it's good or not.

gpu: gigabyte gtx 1050 oc low profile 2gb gddr5 (a month old)
cpu: intel i3 2100 ( 8 years old)
mobo:asus p8h1-m lx2 ( 8 years old)
psu: RoHS 350w atx (8 years old)
ram: 4gb x 2 adata ( 8 years old)
hdd: western digital 320 gb ( 8 years old)
i don't have any ssd
the 8 year old parts might be the reason why it might be fried.( stupidity on my part)

You get what you pay for. If you buy cheap quality components, there is a much higher chance of things going badly. That is why it is brought up if its good or not.

edit. An 8 year old PSU that was probably a fire hazard when it was new, id guess that is your issue.

Of the components that i have listed , who is the low quality or cheap component?
i didn't buy the 8 year old parts used, they just have been use by me for 8 years and this summer i decidec to upgrade it with a gpu

Your i3-2100 has integrated graphics. Remove the GPU and see if the PC will boot using the iGPU. Remove the settings in MSI Afterburner and then shutdown and reinstall the GPU. Run a GPU stress test.

If none of this works, or if it works up until you stress the GPU, then I'd buy a new PSU. https://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/fZyFf7,nB3RsY,Q7L7YJ/
