Question Overclocked ram now blackscreen

I over locked my ddr4 3000 memory to 3200 and now nothing's showing up

Did you reset the CMOS (i.e. pulling the motherboard battery for 30 seconds and replacing) so you can try to have a working system again?

I pulled the battery out for about 20 to 30 seconds and it seemed to do something but it's still not working. When I overclocked it the led strip behind my monitor turned white instead of red for some reason. When I did this it turned red again but nothing else happened

I've tried taking out the motherboard battery and I've tried one stick at a time. I don't know what to do

Look in your motherboard manual and find the clear CMOS (RTC) jumper and procedure and do that.
What motherboard, CPU and RAM do you have?

Ryzen 5 2400g, GTX 1060 6gb, 8gb ddr4 3000 ram (I overclocked it to 3200 and the problem started) on an b450 tomahawk motherboard

And read the section regarding clearing the CMOS (RTC) and following the instructions to do that.
Once you can get into the BIOS set it to Optimized Defaults then save and reboot.

For Pete's sake, what performance boost you'd expect from this? Increasing memory clock by 6.25% ((3200-3000)/3200) will not increase your FPSs by 6%.

just to say that i did overclock something y'know. Not expecting anything huge just something

Just as a reference, I have G.Skill TridentZ 3200 C16 RAM that I run at 3400 MHz but it took me quite a while and a lot of testing to get it to run at that speed and still be stable.
If you really do want to OC your RAM you need to take the time to read a few RAM OCing Guides.
Then Google the DRAM Calculator for Ryzen and Thaiphoon Burner which when used properly can help you safely OC your RAM.
