Question Overclocked RX5500M, Worth it?

Hello people.
I have just overclocked my laptop's GPU, RX5500M.
Clock : 1730 >>> 1885mhz.
VRAM : 1750>>> 1940mhz.
P.Limit: %20
Temp : 70C* >>> 75C*
FPS gain in games, approx. %10

Worth it? Battery life is worsened, and the 75C* was the stock temp with a stock paste which I have replaced with grizzly krynout and it went down to 70. Would OC'ing laptop cause any damage if temperatures are fine?
