overClockin problem

The SetFSB program is confusing me. i tried to overclock to 1300 using the program(made for my motherboard) but everytime when i boot up the pc it goes back to 1200. Same thing when i run the program in windows, after i set the increased the fsb then next time i run it it gives me 1200 agian. can anyone tell me whats' wrong??

Isn't that a feature? I mean after all, you could set the FSB so high as to lock it, then if it remained that high when you rebooted you may not be able to enter Windows. I think you have to set it to make the change every time you boot.
