Overclocking 101 help needed

I just build a new system. Here is the specs

P4 2.8E
Asus P4C800E-Deluxe
512x2 CMX TWINX1024-3200C2PT
Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu
ATI 9700Pro 128MB OEM Dell

I like to overclock but never do it before. Can any of you give me an Overclock 101 course? starting with Bios setup?
Ar if any of you have the same configuration with me and willing to share what your setup is?

If you haven't got your CPU yet, you should consider buying a P4C instead of a P4E. They run cooler and will overclock in the same range.

It's tricky to use words like <b><font color=green>AMD</font color=green></b> or <b><font color=blue>Intel</font color=blue></b> in a signature some users could think your are biased.
