Hi everyone,
so I tried to overclock my CPU. I set the ai overclock tuner to the manual,
then the CPU Core ratio to 42.00 so it should overclock to 4200 Mhz,
the VDDCR CPU to 1.35V and VDDCR SOC to 1.15 V everything else is at auto.
It booted and everything is working but my motherboard shows OC (0c) Q-Code.
The Ai Suite 3 shows it is at 4200 Mhz and the Cpu Core Voltage is at 1.336 V.
But the Core Temp (1.15.1) shows that VID is at about 1.10 V.
The temperatures are at about 30-40 Celcius when idle.
What did I wrong, why is my motherboard showing OC Q-Code?

My specs:
5 3600
ROG x570 E-Gaming
RTX 2080
32 gb ddr4 at 3200
Deepcool Castle 360 RGB

Thanks

Reset bios to default, then enable Precision Boost Overdrive and the auto OC feature, and call it a day.
You're wasting your time trying to manually OC Ryzen 3000. These chips don't care too much for manual intervention.
Just keep the cpu cool, and it'll boost as it needs to.
but then the voltage is a bit too high, isnt it?

so yeah I did what you said and it worked, I was even capable to get 4.22 through PBO.
OC Q-Code is no more there.
thank you so much.
