Hi all.
I just bough Asrock z390 Extreme4 and 9700k.
I set the multiplier to x49 and set a fixed voltage to 1.35V
When i start AIDA 64 FPU test the temps go high ( weak cooler), but the major problem is that the voltage bumps up to 1.42V?
How can i fix it to 1.35V ?

The bios version is 2.30.
Tnx.

you might be able to do some fine tweaks on voltage with Intel's XTU, with Core Voltage Offset...

Realize that if you select/apply a particular voltage under idle conditions, it might not then be enough under extreme load, or, conversely, an 'at load' voltage tweak might then drift high at idle...

Does Asrock support MCE mode like Asus? SInce the top turbo of 9700K is already 4.9 GHz, perhaps MCE/all core turbo under load at 4.9 GHz is achievable still under Balanced Power plan, and with just the necessary core voltage tweaks...

The problem has come from the asrock OC software. I have uninstall it and do all the thing in bios.
Now i'm runing 4.4 GHz at 1.19V all cores. I'm using my old cooler from my old core i5 (zalman cnps5x performa).

I know that the cooler is weak. But for the next 3-4 days it will do the job.
Im sitting at 60C when i'm gaming and streaming.

Can you tell me something about Arctic Freezer 34 eSport DUO ?
