Overclocking a gpu in a dell optiplex?

So I got myself a budget PC where I bought a used Dell Optiplex with 8gb ddr3 and an i5 and put a GPU in, the RX 460 2gb. I am using the dell PSU, but the gpu doesn't need any external connectors, is it safe to overclock the gpu?

I would think.
It shouldn't be be any different that OCing a GPU in any other system.

I've overclocked the GTX1050Ti in my Optiplex 380. It's overclocking a Dell CPU that's the challenge.

^^^^yeah....many things with Dell can be a challenge...as with any of those proprietary manufacturers.
