Overclocking a GPU on a H81 motherboard

I'm going to be getting this GPU whenever it becomes available:

(And please don't recommend an RX 480, 8 inches is the max length a graphics card can be for my case)

Can I overclock the 1060 on that mobo?

don't see why not ? it may depend on your psu feeding the card or luck of the draw on how well your card takes any overclock?

don't expect much from pascal and how NVidia got them
