Overclocking a locked CPU

Hi guys, in need of serious help. I have a Lenovo G50-45. Running a AMD E1-6010 processor. I have 16GB of RAM. I have been trying to overclock it for 2 months but no luck. I don't mind if the processor overheats a bit as long as it doesn't start a fire. Is there anyway I can overclock it? I have access to the motherboard, CMD, and Regedit.

Only by changing FSB/BCLK if BIOS supports it.
