So i had a question in mind, my monitor right now is at 60HZ max, is it possible to push the monitor to 75HZ instead of 60?
And the monitor is : BenQ GW2470
My rig is in the Signature or whatever its called.

Yes, it's totally possible. I've a similar model monitor, and mine is OC'ed to 75hz. Gonna see if it can do 90hz soon.
Just go into the Nvidia control panel. Choose custom resolutions, and only change the hz from 60 - 75 Then test. You can test here: https://www.testufo.com/ by following instructions to see if there are dropped frames. If there are, then dial it back a little until there are no dropped frames.

Also, keep in mind OC the monitor will void the warranty on the monitor. It will also decrease the lifespan of the monitor somewhat. So instead of maybe lasting 5 years, it might only last 4 years.

It's a risk worth it IMO.
