Yes, it's totally possible. I've a similar model monitor, and mine is OC'ed to 75hz. Gonna see if it can do 90hz soon.
Just go into the Nvidia control panel. Choose custom resolutions, and only change the hz from 60 - 75 Then test. You can test here:
https://www.testufo.com/ by following instructions to see if there are dropped frames. If there are, then dial it back a little until there are no dropped frames.
Also, keep in mind OC the monitor will void the warranty on the monitor. It will also decrease the lifespan of the monitor somewhat. So instead of maybe lasting 5 years, it might only last 4 years.
It's a risk worth it IMO.
