Overclocking a Ryzen 2400G -- Worth it?

Hi everyone!

I have a Ryzen 2400G, Asus X370-Pro paired with it.

My question is: Is the overclocking worth it? Is it worth the nearly doubled power consumption, the more heat output, and the faster degradation of the chip (bc of higher voltages)?

Base: 3.6GHz with mobo auto voltage setting is 1.45 (imo it's a bit too high, even with oc I don't need that much), power consumption is around 45-65w (as they said) under load. Idle 1-3w, auto downscaling.

Max stable (using it right now): 4.0GHz 1.4V. Power consumption spiking at 120w, heat output is much more, and the performance gain is around 10% (7-11%, benchmarks, blender rendering etc.)
Idle 10-20w no downscaling (constant 3.7-4GHz)

My question is, in your opinions, is this 10% performance gain worth it?

I mean, sure it's better by 10%, but does it really matter? In any circumstances other than rendering, and doing really CPU intensive longer tasks, does it really makes a noticable difference?

What are the long-term effects of such overclock? Should not bother me?

Thank you in anticipation.
