If memory serves the Athlon x4 845 can't be overclocked because it's a locked chip.

It can be overclocked, I'd start with trying +0.3-04GHz on the core without any extra voltage. Then raise the voltage if you can get higher speeds with it and the temps seem good. Also try overclocking the ram.
Your motherboards poor power delivery will be your biggest issue here. Try not to burn it, maybe get some tiny aftermarket heatsinks for your FETs and VRMs.
