overclocking a XP2800

Hiya,
My friend has a XP2800 on a DFI lan party (nForce2) board with 512mb of 400Mhz ram and a full copper Coolermaster Aero 7 for cooling (runs around 42 degrees). What can he expect out of the XP2800 and what would be good stable settings to use? (fsb, multiplyer, voltage and agp and ram settings).

P.S. it appears he can use the multiplyer to overclock, I don't think its locked.
