Question Overclocking A8-3850

Hi,
I'd like to overclock my AMD A8-3850 APU
My motherboard is an ASUS F1A75-M-PRO R2.0 bios 5601
What settings do I need to change in the bios to overclock and what would be some safe settings for a stock fan. I can get a better fan too, but I'm currently using a stock fan. I've read you can overclock the a8-3850 to 3.4ghz using the stock fan, but don't know what settings to adjust in the bios.

I was able to overclock to 3.075GHZ by changing the cpu's bus speed to 106 mhz, but noticed the speed doesn't go above 2.89GHZ under cpu performance in windows task manager (even under a stress test). Also windows task manager reports the base speed is 2.9GHz.

CPUz does show the bus speed is set to 106mhz and core speed is 3075Mhz

If I set the bus speed any higher, my bios doesn't recognize my nvme ssd or my raid, so it seems to be unstable at 107mhz or higher.
