Overclocking advice

Hi,

I am a newbie and trying to build a game rig. Here is my configuration
ASPS P5Q3 775 P45
Intel Q9400
GSkill 4GB DDR3 1333 RAM
and Sapphire HD 4870 1GB
CORSAIR 650W
Zalman CNPS9700 LED 110 mm cooler

I am planning to overclock CPU and may be GPU. Do you guys foresee any issue with this configuration.

any advice is appreciated.

You will need to OC your RAM to do any OCing of the CPU, since DDR3 is 4x FSB.
