Overclocking AMD 7850 past 1050mhz problems

OK, So I own a gigabyte 7850. I have overclocked it using ccc to 1050mhz core and 1300mhz memory.

I want to further overclock it higher using sapphire trixx. I tried a few values above 1050mhz and all of them crashed heaven and one bsod. What could be causing this? or is it that my card just isnt capable to OC past 1050mhz? Do I have to up the voltage to around 2000? it's at 1138 now. (btw it says 1138 on trixx)

Or once again is it just my card causing crashes with anything above 1050?

I wish I could hit 1050/1300 on my week old MSI R7850 Twin Frozr 2GBD5 OC. Most I can do on my card with 20% more power limit is 990/1320. I cannot hit stable 1000, even with leaving memory to 1200. And if i set the core to 1050, I get instant BSOD with games, benchmarks, or stress tests. Tried underclocking memory and this didn't help either. Consider yourself lucky.

Yes it just can't do it. Lots of errors and other problems I have decided to just leave it at my previous CCC clocks
