overclocking AMD 8350 with 750wat?

Hi, I need help. So I'm new to overclocking, and before I do anything I need to know if it's possible to overclock my AMD FX 8350 to 4.5GHz with a 750wat?
Specs are:
Cpu: AMD FX 8350
Gpu: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 sc
Mobo: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
Ram: 16GB Ballistix (4x 4GBs ram sticks)
I also have two western digital hard drives. One is 500GBs and the other is 1TB.

Would be good to know the exact model of your PSU.

What you will really gonna need to do a decent/good OC is to have a good aftermarket cooler, AMD's stock one won't let you go far at all.

Off the box it reads, Thermaltake Smart Series 750W 80 plus bronze. I also have a Cooler Master Hyper N520 mounted onto the 8350

Then you shouldn't have much problem, if any at all to reach 4,5Ghz+.

Okay thanks, so overclocking to 4.5 on that 750W should be no problem? sorry for asking again it's jjust I don't know anything about overclocking and I've been seeing people with over 800W and wasn't sure if mine could handle it for whatever reason as far as it being enough with everything it powers.

That power supply will be more then enough for overclocking that cpu.

You could OC with a 450w unit, watts aren't a big factor when OCing a CPU, the quality of the unit is what makes or break it, people get high wattage PSUs for power-hungry video cards, especially if doing SLI/Crossfire with them.
