i was wondering if overclocking and also how effective would overclocking be for my AMD A10-6800K APU with Radeon(tm)HD Graphics 4.09 GHz

specs:
cpu: AMD A10-6800K APU with Radeon(tm)HD Graphics 4.09 GHz
gpu: nvidia geforce 750 ti
RAM 8G
motherboard: A68HM-E33 V2 (MS-7721)

Solution
Assuming the 450W is a good quality PSU with at least 1 x 6 or 6+2 pin PCIe power cable, the GTX 1060 3GB or RX-470 would be the max that you can safely use.
Until you say otherwise, I will assume your case can accept full height cards, meaning the card doesn't have to be a low profile or mini.

These are about at the extreme your CPU can keep up with w/o major bottleneck.

I'm assuming this is your board: https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/A68HM-E33-V2.html#hero-overview
It isn't exactly designed for heavy OC'ing, so go easy. Maybe stay with multiplier increases alone. Don't increase the voltage when the multi increases become unstable. Live with what you can get on the multi alone.
Any OC'ing you can do will help to some extent, but the GTX 750 Ti is still a rather weak card by today's standards. So you may not see a major improvement.

so would overclocking my graphics card be a better choice here ?

If your games are CPU-limited and/or if online gaming* is where you are hurting, the APU OC would be better. If the games are GPU-limited, then the GPU OC would be preferred. But if you are not satisfied with the graphics performance you are getting in-game now, you might want to save up for a better gfx card instead.

* Online gaming on a busy server is always harder on the CPU than playing alone in single-player mode.

1) uuhhh my budget ranges, just send me a variety of what you think is the best and cheapest i can get (that gives better preformance than my gpu)
2)as for my psu i believe its 450 watt
3) my case is a cybertron case not too sure which one but it fits my 750 and cpu perfectly
