Overclocking AMD Athlon 64x X2 5200+

I have very basic knowledge about overclocking. I would really appreciate if someone could help me, so I don't mess up something pretty bad.
Here are my specs and temperatures:

By the way, in tab "Memory" (up in the picture), Dram frequency goes rapidly back and forward from 200 to 400 MHz, and FSB: DRAM follows it changing from CPU/5 to CPU/7 (vice versa). Maybe its relevant...


RAM - 2x Kingston KVR800D2N6/2G
PSU - LC420H-12 420W
Cooling fan on cpu is regular (came with cpu).
