Overclocking AMD Athlon x4 860k

I am thinking of a build including the Athlon x4 860k. To overclock it, what would be the best inexpensive air cooler for it? Also, can I do mild overclocking on the stock cooler? Thanks!

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. Cheap and good.

However, it is a bit big so if you have a small case this isn't the one for you.
