Overclocking AMD FX 4100 and Radeon 7770

Should i overclock both my AMD FX 4100 cpu and my SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB for gaming and just normal multitasking? If so how do i go about overclocking them?

entrer the bios at the start screen usually its the delete key. from there is where you will do all the adjusting for the cpu as far as he gpu use msi afterburner or even the sapphire trixx utility for overclocking and also for voltage boost on that card unless you want to go through modifiying afterburner so you can tweak the voltage in it.
