Overclocking AMD FX-6300

Hey guys so around 3 years ago i bought my PC it has :
AMD FX-6300
ASUS Nvidia GTX 960 4GB OC edition
ASUS M5A78L-M/USB 3
8GB DDR3 ram
and a 500W PSU
so guys my setup needs more than 500 W so i have to keep the processor power to 85%. By which i mean when i keep it to 100% it burns like literally i ahd to change my motherboard . So i have been thinking to uppgrade my components i have around 150$ to 200$ so what can i upgrasde to maxmise my perfomnace.
Or should i just spend 100$ get a 700W PSU overclock my processor and save the rest.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Ryzen 3 will come out by summer. Save up around 350-425$ for platform upgrade, that would be the best thing to do. Cpu+motherboard+Ram.

Otherwise an SSD may give you a better feel of your system

I'd wait for Ryzen 3 to launch...then a new CPU, ram and motherboard would be my next step.
