Overclocking amd fx 8350

I want to overclock my amd fx 8350 but having trouble making a decision between water cloolers my budget is $100 please help and if there are no goo under $100 coolers please list others above thanks

MOBO: ga 990fxa ud3 r5
CPU: amd fx 8350
HDD:1tb, 100gb, and 120gb
RAM; 8gb (2 x 4gb)1866mhz
CASE:Thermaltake versa n21

If going water, would look to a 240, the Lepa 240 Auquchanger is pretty good for about $80, I've got a Seidon 120 on my 8350 and getting ready to change it to the Aquachanger (was testing it on my 6600K and my older 4770K and did very well)
