Overclocking AMD GPU?

Hey guys, I have a AMD r9 280, and I've been playing lots of GTA V lately. I typically get around 45 fps with normal to high settings, and I want to try to get it as close to 60 fps as possible. I want to overclock my gpu (the asus version), which has very nice cooling, and I also have the asus GPUTweak program to help me. the gpu clock is currently 900 MHz, and the memory clock is 5200 MHz.The voltage is currently 1250. What settings should I try and how should I benchmark and make sure the OC is stable?

are you trying to overclock two different GPUs?

Why overclock? At best you will get 2-8 fps in games.
