I bought a used HP computer, the specs are below. I want to overclock it moderately. I have been unable to find the correct mainboard manual.

I am thinking Artic Freezer 7 Pro for cooling as it is advertised to be quieter
any suggestions for moderate overclocking.

About how much overclocking is advised with additional cooling without upgrading the P.S. and what P.S. upgrade would you advise. The P.S. is 320 watts and has special connections. I would think 400 watts would be sufficient but asking amount and make.
Thank You
