Good day. I am a beginner at overclocking, I watched one video on what it is and how to do it. Then I installed Msi Afterburner and tried overclocking my HD 7570 myself. I failed. If I overclock the Memory Clock to 1000 (default is 800) (don't forget - I have no idea what these numbers mean) green boxes appear on my screen and everything freezes. I quickly in panic shut down my pc, and hopefully, nothing was destroyed. SO I need your help: The 7570 is no high-end graphics card, but I hope that I can overclock it a bit.
Here are my specs:

Thanks in advance!

I would just get another graphics card. With a card like that, overclocking really doesn't help much. Even with high-end cards OC is not always a good idea. But with such low-end cards, OCing will cause more problems than improvement.
That's why i hate pre-built systems. They put one of the fastest cpu's next to one of the worst graphics cards. That's just nonsense.
You could get any (I mean ANY) graphics card, even a GTX 780 TI with that i7 3770. Plus a new PSU and you have the best gaming rig, you'd ever want 😉
Why bother with that GPU. Even the cpu's integrated gpu is better than that (nearly)...

Thanks...I won't be trying to overclock it, and trust me, I will buy a new graphics card as soon as possible...
But even in that field I'm a bit new... I either want to buy GTX 660 Ti or GTX 670... Which one do you recommend? Or is there another one that you can recommend me for the price range of 250$?

Which site will you be buying from? Give me a link so i could find you something :)

Well, I live in Switzerland so i don't have sites like Newegg.com, so I don't actually know any websites for PCs aside from www.ricardo.ch That is like eBay for Switzerland. Also, I could order Amazon.de.
EDIT: Just found some websited: http://www.conrad.ch/ http://www.microspot.ch/
Sorry they are all in german. But you could just tell me a graphics card from newegg and then I will seach on those websites :)

Don't worry I live in Slovakia so i don't use those sites too actually 😀
I will find something for you :)

Sorry but i'm a bit tired, time to go sleeping 😀
I will handle this tomorrow if you don't mind. :)

Of course not. Good night!

The responder just assumes you want a gaming setup, but yes that version of the HD 7570 is poor.
Your HD 7570 has just DDR3 memory (2GB on a full size card). Thanks HP.
Compare to AMD for Dell version: low profile 128 bit 1GB GDDR5.
That HP comes with varying embedded graphics depending on the CPU you bought.
Intel HD 2000 Graphics up to Intel HD 4000 Graphics.

Overclocking the card - AMD Overdrive Utility is bundled with AMD Catalyst.
The AMD HD 7670 - 1GB GDDR5 is the identical card but with GDDR5 MEMORY for double the bandwidth just like that, along with 1000 memory clock speed.

Overclock via a new card, to match the perfectly good 460W PSU. Card power requirements are falling - just see the GPU on even the AMD HD 7750 - 17% less power needed than the similar HD 7670, with a 11% higher clock to boot.
