Overclocking AMD Sempron LE-1150??

Hello, Im in a bind here because im trying to do my first overclock on my JUNker but i cant really find any instructions seeing that it is a older CPU.
I have a AM2 socket motherboard (Alive nf6p-VSTA) and my CPU is A AMD Sempron LE-1150.
Ive done some research although and learned you can get up 3.2GHZ on stock voltage. I'll be glad just overclocking it 1mhz since im new to all this. Can anyone help me out?
