Overclocking AMD X2 4200+ (939) | Unable to change RAM

System specs.

AMD X2 4200+ 939 | E6 @2.42GHz
Mobo: Asus a8n-e (nForce4 Ultra)
RAM: Corsair TWINX2048-3200 | 3-4-4-8

My Issue:

I am unable to change RAM and CPU settings in tandem. If i change the settings on the CPU then BIOS will lock out the RAM settings and conversely.
So I can only go an extra 20MHz on the FSB.

Has anyone had this issue before?

That's probably because the memory controller is part of the CPU on current AMD chips.
