Anytime I am trying to overclock my AMD FX-8320e over 3.5GHZ it either has a failed to load boat failure, or it says their is a problem with your PC, anyone know what could be the problem? I'll post my specs below:

I am running on Windows 10
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 (Rev6.0) motherboard
AMD FX-8320e CPU
GeForce GTX 970 GPU
16 GB RAM (Corsair Vengence)
I have a CoolerMaster hyper 212 evo for the CPU
Corsair RM750X PSU
BIOS is F2 (most recent update for my motherboard bios)
My temperatures for CPU range from 30* to no higher than 55*C
GPU ranges range from 40* to 65*C

I have made sure that any boosts are turned off, as well as quiet and clean is disabled.

Solution
16 GB RAM (Corsair Vengence)

AMD FX-8320e supports 1866MHz memory using one DIMM per channel without overclocking. When overclocking 2133MHz memory has been used successfully.

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 is a low-end 760 Chipset motherboard. Memory might not go over 1600MHz on it. I would recommend not overclocking with that model. An AMD 900 series Chipset would be best for overclocking.
