Overclocking an i5 4690k using a 500w PSU

I will build my first computer in the beginning of 2016. I'm choosing my parts already because I just like to know what possibilities there are for computer parts. I think I've decided to get these parts: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/BananaRuler/saved/9tHLrH. My question is, how much would I be able to overclock my CPU with that PSU? I'd like to get it up to 4.2 GHz. Forgot to mention that I will be using a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo at the time my CPU is overclocked.

You will be fine overclocking it. It will take a minimum 338 watt psu. Also look at this for overclocking.
