built a new system with specs as follows and i have 2 questions.

asrock z77 extreme 4 mobo atx
i5 3570k (delided and CLU paste used every place)
ddr3 1600mhz 16gb ram corsair vengence
gigabyte windforce gtx 970
seasonic 550w
cryorig r1 ultimate cpu cooler
corsair spec o3 with 2 intakes front and 1 back and 2 on cpu cooler
voltage set to auto running 1.267 for cpu
mushkin 256gb ssd

1.so i was able to get to 4.4ghz stable with temps at max 63 after running prime95 for 15 minutes and voltage auto using max of 1.267, so how much more can i oc the cpu to without any damage?
2. And do you see any bottlenecks?

thank you for your input,

I repeat, NEVER, use auto, ever, period. This will always cause the voltages to be to high.

I am new to overclocking and I am worried about cpu getting fried due to voltago I leave it at auto, so are there any standard calculations that show the overclocks and corresponding safe voltage for that oc, and in my config is there bottleneck?
